If you'd like to return an item, please email info@nicnormal.com within 14 days of receiving your order, using 'Return' as the subject line. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll then provide you with the return instructions.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
Unworn and unwashed
In their original condition
Free from make-up, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains or any other signs of wear.

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
At NicNormal, we produce our clothing in small batches, rather than holding large amounts of stock. This helps to reduce waste and ensures every order receives the attention it deserves. Occasionally we will have stock items that will be sent out much faster.

Before your order is sent, every item is quality checked and carefully packed by Nic. Because of this, your order may take a little longer to arrive than with larger retailers. We truly appreciate your patience and support of a small, independent business that's helping to normalise wig wearing.
