At NicNormal, we want as many people as possible to be able to enjoy our products, wherever they are in the world.
We do our very best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, while ensuring your order arrives safely.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the products you've ordered. As a small, independent business, we're unable to absorb shipping costs the same way large retailers can, but we'll always aim to offer the fairest rates available.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your NicNormal purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
If you'd like to return an item, please email info@nicnormal.com within 14 days of receiving your order, using 'Return' as the subject line. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. We'll then provide you with the return instructions.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition

Free from make-up, perfume, deodorant, pet hair, stains or any other signs of wear.
Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Unless the item is faulty or has been sent in error, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their item.
